WORKSHOP LEADER
Dr. Emilia Bunea, CFA
CEO, Ed.movie Inc.
Author of Leadership for the CFO (Routledge)
Dr. Bunea combines leadership research with over two decades of experience as CFO/CEO with Fortune 500 financial organizations, to bring "boots-on-the-ground" insights to her teaching and research.
Her research on leader effectiveness has been published in top-tier scientific journals and covered in leading business media. Following her 2025 book, Leadership for the CFO (Routledge), she is currently conducting research for a volume on leadership frontiers in the finance industry.
A CFA charterholder with a PhD in Organizational Leadership and an MBA, Emilia also has an early-career MSc in Software Engineering that left her with a lasting affinity for the people of tech.
Dr. Bunea delivers executive programs at business schools and organizations across Europe, that connect academic insight with the realities of leadership in organizations.
